1. Who we are

Atlas Physique is a trade name operated from Casa Green Town, 27182 Bouskoura, Morocco. Contact: Theatlasphysique@yahoo.com.
These terms apply to every visit to our website, atlasphysique.whop.site, and to every order placed through it, including orders completed on the checkout run by our payment and hosting provider, Whop (whop.com). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Our products

Atlas Physique sells digital products only: nutrition and training guides and programs in PDF format, in English or French. No physical product is shipped. The content of each product is described on its sales page.

3. Ordering

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information, in particular a valid email address: your order confirmation and your access to your files are linked to that address.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website in the currency displayed at the time of your order. The applicable price is the one shown when you confirm your order. Payment is due immediately and is made with the payment methods offered at checkout. It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and no recurring charge. We may change our prices at any time; changes do not apply to orders already paid.

5. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, your files are available to download and you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will help you access your files.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

By placing your order, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started. Refund cases and the procedure to follow are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. You may download your files, read them on your own devices and print them for your personal use.
You may not share, resell, publish, distribute or reproduce all or part of the files, free of charge or for payment. Any unauthorised use may lead to access being suspended, without refund, and to legal action. The full terms of this licence are set out in our End User Licence Agreement (EULA), shown at checkout and available on request.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website and in the products (texts, programs, recipes, layouts, visuals, the Atlas Physique name and logo) belongs to us and is protected by copyright. No right other than the licence described in section 7 is granted to you.

9. Health and safety

Our programs are provided for information and education. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and they do not replace a consultation with a doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional.
Consult a healthcare professional before you start if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are on medication, are under 18, or have a history of eating disorders.
You do the exercises and follow the nutrition advice at your own risk. Stop immediately and see a doctor if you feel pain, discomfort or dizziness.

10. Results

Results vary from person to person, depending on the starting point, consistency and many individual factors. We do not guarantee any particular result. The nutritional values given in our programs are estimates.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for damage resulting from use of the programs contrary to the safety instructions or these terms, or for website interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

12. Personal information

The information collected when you order is used to process the order and give you access to your files. How it is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the date of the order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at Theatlasphysique@yahoo.com: we will look for an amicable solution before any other step.
