Return & Refund Policy

1. Nature of the products

Atlas Physique sells digital products only (guides and programs in PDF format). No physical product is shipped. Your files are available to download immediately after payment.

2. No returns

A digital product cannot be “returned” once it has been downloaded. For this reason, all sales are final once the download has started, except in the cases listed in section 4.

3. Right of withdrawal

By placing your order, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started. If you have not downloaded your files yet, you can ask to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund.

4. When we refund you

We give you a full refund in the following situations:

  • you were charged twice for the same order;
  • you did not receive your files and we cannot provide them within 7 days of your report;
  • the file is faulty or unreadable and we cannot replace it;
  • the product you received does not match the description on the sales page.

5. When we do not refund

  • you changed your mind after downloading the product;
  • you did not get the results you hoped for: results depend on each person, their starting point and their consistency, and cannot be guaranteed;
  • you bought the wrong program by mistake after downloading it. In that case, contact us: we will look for a solution with you.

6. How to make a request

Email us at Theatlasphysique@yahoo.com within 14 days of your purchase, with your order or receipt number and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days.

7. Refund timing

When a refund is accepted, it is made to the payment method used for the purchase. The amount appears on your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

8. Technical problem

If you cannot find your download email, first check your spam folder. If the problem persists, email us and we will help you access your files.

9. Personal use

The programs are for strictly personal use. Sharing, reselling or distributing the files does not entitle you to any refund and may lead to access being suspended.
