Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Atlas Physique operates the website atlasphysique.whop.site and the digital products sold on it. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name and email address, provided when you order or contact us.
  • Order information: the products you buy, the amount and the date. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider; we never see them.
  • Communications with us: the content of the emails you send us.
  • Technical information: information about your device and browsing, collected automatically by the website host.
  • Your cart: the program you add to your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you change page. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use this information to process your orders, deliver your files, answer your questions, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Sharing

The website and payments are run by Whop (whop.com), which processes your information to provide these services, under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to process your orders and meet our legal obligations. No security measure is perfect, but we limit access to your information to what is strictly necessary.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Email us at Theatlasphysique@yahoo.com.

Children

Our services are not intended for children. Anyone under 18 may only order with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as set out in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect information from a minor without that consent; if you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete it.
