Shipping Policy

1. 100% digital products

Atlas Physique only sells digital products in PDF format. No parcel is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no postal delays and no customs fees.

2. How you receive your order

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are available to download and you receive an email at the address you entered when ordering.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is immediate in the vast majority of cases. The email can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive. If your payment is being checked, it is sent as soon as the check is complete.

4. Where we deliver

Because our products are digital, they are available worldwide, wherever our website and payment methods are available.

5. File format

The programs are provided as PDFs. Offers with several documents may be delivered in a compressed folder (.zip) that you open to find all the PDFs. The files read on phone, tablet and computer.

6. Didn't receive your email?

• Check your spam folder and the “Promotions” tab.
• Check that the email address you entered when ordering is correct.
• If you still cannot find anything, email us at Theatlasphysique@yahoo.com with your order or receipt number and we will help you access your files within 2 business days.

7. Keeping your files

We recommend downloading your files and saving them on your device as soon as you receive them. Keep your confirmation email too.

8. Updates

When a program you bought is updated, you receive an email with a link to the new version, at no extra cost.
